El Centro Histórico de la capital Michoacana amurallado con construcciones de cantera y leyendas de miedo se convierte en el marco ideal para disfrutar del cine de horror; el Centro Cultural Clavijero y el Teatro José Rubén Romero son las históricas sedes donde se llevarán a cabo las funciones presenciales. En formato virtual, la competencia estará disponible en la web oficial www.animalfilmfest.com
El espíritu de ANIMAL Film Fest son los filmes, y en esta ocasión hemos seleccionado un total de 45 cortometrajes de los géneros Horror, Terror, Suspenso y Thriller, 23 internacionales y 22 mexicanos, de los cuales 8 son michoacanos. Producciones de todo el mundo para deleite de los fanáticos y por supuesto el desarrollo de creadores independientes que han encontrado en el cine de horror la ventana ideal para contar historias.

The spirit of ANIMAL Film Fest is the films, and on this occasion we have selected a total of 45 short films from the Horror, Terror, Suspense and Thriller genres, 23 international and 22 Mexican, of which 8 are from Michoacán. Productions from all over the world to the delight of fans and, of course, the development of independent creators who have found in horror cinema the ideal window to tell stories.
Welcome to the great coven of the Third Edition of ANIMAL Film Fest!
Inspirado en el cine de aquelarres y brujas, para esta ocasión la propuesta es la representación de una hechicera con cuernos vestida de negro, quien danza en el bosque con un cráneo en las manos. Posa frente al espectador invitándolo a tomar por cuenta propia los restos óseos para ser parte de la celebración.
Es la primera ocasión en que la producción de AFF recurre a la fotografía como principal elemento de comunicación dentro del cartel. Esto con la intención de reforzar las líneas de creación tradicional al hacer una pequeña puesta en escena con elementos físicos, personajes vivos, accesorios y vestuarios. El cartel también se compone con elementos digitales como logotipo, textos e imagen de los principales aliados del festival que se superponen para darle vida a la imagen de la tercera edición.
La presentación del Cartel alerta a los fanáticos del cine de horror para que se preparen y sean parte de la tercera edición de ANIMAL Film Fest.
Inspired by the movies of covens and witches, for this occasion the proposal is the representation of a horned sorceress dressed in black, who dances in the forest with a skull in her hands. She poses in front of the viewer inviting him to take her skeletal remains on his own to be part of the celebration.
It is the first time that the AFF production uses photography as the main element of communication within the poster. This with the intention of reinforcing the lines of traditional creation by making a small staging with physical elements, living characters, accessories and costumes. The poster is also made up of digital elements such as the logo, texts and images of
the festival's main allies that are superimposed to give life to the image of the third edition.
The presentation of the Poster alerts fans of horror movies to prepare and be part of the third edition of ANIMAL Film Fest.
